When Can You Return?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items received from us.
Please report any damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available for select products only (check product description).
How to Request a Return?

Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return process.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.
Ship the product back using the courier service we specify (or as instructed by customer support).
After We Receive the Return
We will inspect the returned product to confirm the issue.
If approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
Important Notes
Products returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day window may not be accepted.
Shipping charges for returns due to customer's change of mind will be borne by the customer.
