1. Cancellation
You can request cancellation within 7 days of placing your order, only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Important:
If payment is successful and the order is not shipped, you may cancel your shipment and request a refund directly from the Order Page.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. You may refuse delivery at your doorstep instead.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product and verify the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for select items, and this will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
If you want to request an exchange, please contact us directly for assistance.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
Important Notice:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
We will accept returns for such products and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
