1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Conditions:
• Before Packing: Full refund available if cancellation is requested before your order has been packed.
• After Packing: No cancellations are allowed once your order has been packed, except in special cases at our discretion.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
• Before Packing: Full refund of your payment amount.
• Special Cases After Packing: If approved for refund after packing, we will deduct packing charges. If the order has been shipped, we will also deduct shipping and handling costs along with packing charges.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are only processed after we receive the returned shipment in our facility and verify its condition.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
